DEBURRING DISCS BY BOECK

Deburring discs are used to remove light primary and secondary burrs and to round sheet metal. Various types of abrasives are available for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and foil-coated sheets, depending on the desired rounding and surface finish. With our wide range of deburring discs, all manufactured in our German production facility, you'll be able to boost your sheet metal deburring process on any machine and material.

HERO edge rounding

Standard, professional, or HERO?

boeck deburring discs are available in three evolutionary levels, allowing you to choose the right one for your deburring process. STANDARD deburring discs are equipped with a single row trim. PROFESSIONAL deburring discs are equipped with a double-row abrasive trim and feature a larger contact area, more active abrasive flaps and a balanced contact pressure ratio due to a balanced coordination of the outer and inner ring. The STANDARD and PROFESSIONAL versions consist of a combination of cloth and non-woven abrasive flaps. HERO deburring discs consist exclusively of laser-cut abrasive cloth flaps with a finger-like structure. The staggered arrangement of the finger-like cloth flaps allows for a much higher cloth density while still being very flexible. This allows for extreme edge rounding and feed rates.
