Finance & Accounting (operational):

Invoices, open items, liquidity, payment transactions
Prices, contracts, insurance
Interface between tax advisor, DATEV, and bank

Purchasing & Suppliers:

Order, clarify prices, secure availability
Push through delivery deadlines, track down, and follow through.

Logistics & Customs:

Shipping, export documents, certificates of origin
Incoterms, customs clearance
No chaos. No excuses.

ERP & Master Data:

Articles, customers, suppliers, prices
Clean. Up-to-date. Reliable.

Organization & Structure:

Set up, simplify, and implement processes
Don't talk – make.

Commercial background (business administration, finance, logistics, etc.) or very strong practice
Experience in day-to-day operations (not a pure controller)
Proficient in Excel, experienced in ERP systems, good understanding of numbers
German very good, English good
100 % presence in Leipheim
Stress-resistant, fast, resilient
