The new building will allow us to expand our fully automated production and will also give us the opportunity to increase our storage capacity. With highly efficient production machines and future-oriented energy management, we will multiply our production capacity at the new location.

January 2023
The starting shot!
We are pleased to announce the official construction start of our new production facility in January 2023! Construction of our latest project has begun on the former airbase in Leipheim, Germany.
May 2023
Hot construction phase
Construction of our new headquarters is in full swing.
But the project presents unexpected challenges. The former military site, which was a target for Allied bombers during World War II, is home to a live 250-kilogram bomb.
Explosive ordnance disposal experts are defusing and disposing of bomb and shell remnants and ensuring a safe construction site.
August 2023
Firm ground underfoot
The next phase of construction has begun. In order to make tools for deburring sheet metal, the ground has to be “deburred”. Once the ordnance has been cleared, heavy equipment is used to fill and compact the holes in the ground.
At the same time, the site’s drainage is prepared: Several deep drainage shafts provide the necessary water drainage.
October 2023
XXL extinguishing water tank
A former Bundeswehr diesel tank is converted into a extinguishing water tank. Two mobile cranes are used in a tandem to lift the 32 meter long, four meter wide and 54 ton tank.
The tank ensures that there is always sufficient extinguishing water available.
January 2024
The beginning of the new year!
The earthworks are nearing completion. Heavy equipment is being used to work a lime-concrete mixture up to 80 cm deep into the ground. In addition, the stainless steel wire grounding net is being installed and the ground is being filled to the planned level.

Off to the top!
After laying the foundation for the columns, the precast concrete elements for our production hall have arrived on site. Two mobile cranes with a capacity of up to 130 tons unload the elements and place the columns with millimeter precision. The production hall is supported by a total of 67 concrete columns, all of which are in place after just two days.
Februar 2024
A strong connection
Blue lights accompany the arrival of the cross trusses for our new production facility. Each truss weighs 38 tons and is 33 meters long. Two mobile cranes lift the trusses in tandem and place them precisely on their anchor points.
At the same time, a fire protection wall is being placed between the two bays, made up of a number of precast concrete elements.
März 2024
The dimensions become clear
Our production halls are being panelled and heavy machinery is back in action. A Liebherr MK 140-5.1 mobile crane lifts dozens of trapezoidal sheets onto the hall structure.
At the same time, the first elements of the office building are built. With the formwork and concreting of the floor slab, the first dimensions become visible. The two floors of the boeck office building are completed in just a few days.
