REACHING FOR THE TOP

We are delighted with our new production facility.

Due to our continuous growth, we are planning to build a new company building.
The new company building allows us to expand our fully automated production and also offers increased storage capacity. With highly efficient production machines and future-oriented energy management, we will multiply our production capacity at the new location.
We look forward to welcoming our customers to our new company premises and continuing to supply them with first-class products in the future.

TIMELINE

The starting signal!

We were delighted to announce the official start of construction for our new production facility in January 2023! Construction work for our latest project has begun on the former airbase site in Leipheim.

MAY 2023

Construction in full swing

Construction work on our new company headquarters is in full swing. However, the project presents unexpected challenges. Among other things, a live 250 kg bomb lies on the former military site, which was a frequent target of Allied bombers, particularly during World War II.
Explosive ordnance disposal experts defuse and dispose of bomb and grenade remnants and ensure a safe building site.

AUGUST 2023

The building site is being leveled.

Solid ground underfoot

The next construction phase has begun. To later produce tools for deburring sheet metal, the building site must also be "deburred." After the ordnance has been cleared, the resulting holes in the ground will be filled and compacted using heavy equipment.

At the same time, preparations are being made for the drainage of the site: Several deep-installed seepage shafts ensure the necessary water drainage.

October 2023

Firefighting water XXL

A former German army diesel tank is being converted into a fire-fighting water tank. Two mobile cranes are being used in tandem lifts for the upcycling of the 32-meter-long, four-meter-wide, and 54-ton tank.

The tank ensures that sufficient fire-fighting water is always available at the new production facility.

A fire-fighting water tank is deployed by two heavy mobile cranes.

December 2023

The foundations for the hall structure are being laid.

The start of the new year!

The earthworks are nearing completion. Heavy machinery is being used to work a lime-concrete mixture up to 80 cm deep into the ground. In addition, the grounding network made of stainless steel wires is being installed and the building site is being filled to the planned level.

January 2024

Upwards!

After the foundations for the column bases were laid, the precast concrete elements for our production hall arrived on site. Two mobile cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 130 tons unloaded the components and positioned the columns with millimeter precision. The production hall is supported by a total of 67 concrete columns, all of which were erected after just two days.

February 2024

Heavy concrete crossbeams, 33m long, are being moved into position using heavy equipment.

Strong connection

Escorted by flashing blue lights, the crossbeams for our new production facility are arriving. Each beam weighs 38 tons and measures 33 meters in length. Two mobile cranes lift and precisely position the crossbeams onto their anchor points in a tandem lift.

At the same time, a fire protection wall made of several precast concrete elements is being built between the two hall sections.

March 2024

The dimensions become clear

Our production halls are being clad, and heavy equipment is back in operation. A Liebherr MK 140-5.1 mobile crane is lifting dozens of trapezoidal metal sheets onto the hall structure.

At the same time, the first elements of the office building are taking shape. With the formwork and pouring of the foundation slab, the initial dimensions become visible. In just a few days, the two floors of the Boeck office building are complete.

The first cladding panels have been installed – the office building continues to grow.
