Four hardness levels for every application

Hardness grade 1 represents very flexible pins with low pressure to protect workpiece edges. Hardness grade 2 offers flexible pins for universal applications while still protecting workpiece edges. For stubborn slag residue, hardness grade 3 provides hard-mounted pins with high impulse. For extremely adhesive slag, hardness grade 4 uses extra-hard pins.

Various mounts for flexible machine use

The slag hammer brush is available with various mounting options – quick-release chucks, bores from 8.5 mm to 45 mm, M14 and M24 threads, and mounting bolts in 10 mm and 12 mm. This allows for flexible use on deburring machines as well as handheld tools. The different mounting options ensure optimal adaptation to various machine types.
