Deburring disc

QUICK115 STANDARD PURPLE K60

ID: 7495
Deburring disc

The deburring disc of the STANDARD evolution stage in a single-row design is a reliable solution for removing light primary and secondary burrs, as well as for achieving clean edge rounding on sheet metal parts. It operates evenly and in a controlled manner, creating a consistent pressure ratio and delivering reproducible results.

The PURPLE Edition stands out with a very high material removal rate thanks to its abrasive cloth with ceramic grain. It enables large edge radii and is particularly suitable for processing steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Thanks to the QUICK-release system, the disc can be easily mounted on and replaced in grinding and deburring machines, reducing setup times.

deburring plate from boeck

Deburring discs are used to remove primary and secondary burrs and to round sheet metal edges. They can be equipped with various abrasives for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and film-coated sheet metal. Our extensive range includes the right tools to optimize the deburring of your sheet metal.

Deburring and edge rounding

Deburring and edge rounding of metal parts are among the first steps after cutting. In this process, primary and secondary burrs are removed and the edges are rounded. Highly flexible tools are used that can easily reach into holes and cut-outs in the sheet metal part.

This requires highly flexible tooling capable of adapting to holes, cut-outs and complex geometries without compromising processing consistency.

Standard, Professional or Hero?

boeck deburring discs are available in three performance levels, so you can find exactly the right tool for your needs. The STANDARD deburring discs are equipped with a single-row abrasive coating. The PROFESSIONAL deburring discs, on the other hand, feature a double-row abrasive coating and offer a larger contact surface, more active abrasive flaps, and a balanced contact pressure ratio achieved through the balanced design of the outer and inner rings. Both versions STANDARD and PROFESSIONAL combine abrasive flaps made of fabric and nonwoven material.

HERO deburring discs consist exclusively of laser-cut abrasive fabric lamellae with a finger-like structure. The staggered arrangement of these special fabric lamellae allows for significantly higher fabric density while maintaining high flexibility. This ensures extreme edge rounding and maximum feed rates.
