The boeck deburring block, also known as an abrasive block, is used to deburr and edge-round sheet metal components in a single processing step. It is also available with a practical quick-release system for efficient tool changes and reduced setup effort.
For larger edge rounding requirements or higher feed rates, we recommend the HERO version of our deburring block. It combines high abrasive density with extreme flexibility of the abrasive material, making it suitable for demanding deburring and edge rounding applications.
