boeck meets LISSMAC! We optimize your sheet metal processing on all LISSMAC machines with our tools. You receive high-quality boeck tools for every process step from a single source: whether slag removal, pre-grinding, deburring, edge rounding, oxide removal, or finish grinding.
BOECK TOOLS FOR LISSMAC MACHINES
The tool for deburring sheet metal! We offer economical solutions for deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal: from grinding belts and deburring blocks to deburring discs and deburring wheels, all the way to oxide wheels.
Our deburring block, also called a grinding block, deburrs and rounds your workpiece in one operation and is also equipped with a practical quick-clamping system.
For larger radii or maximum feed rates, we recommend the HERO version of our deburring block or grinding block. It impresses with its highest abrasive density and, at the same time, extreme flexibility of the abrasive material. Perfect for any demanding application.
ALSO FOR YOUR LISSMAC MACHINE
Our tools are compatible with all LISSMAC machine types, e.g. SBM-XS G1E1, SBM-M S2/D2, SBM-L G1S2, SBM-XL G2S2/S2B2, SMD 123 RE/133 DRE/3 S-Edition/3 P-Edition/5 and many more.
Want to know which grinding block or other tool is best suited for your process? Simply send us an email or give us a call. We'll be happy to advise you in detail.

More informationWHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
„The LISSMAC deburring machines operate with flexible deburring blocks on a power belt. It quickly became clear to us that the boeck system would bring enormous savings in setup time and also an improvement in performance for Blokland.“
Cor Schoonbeek, Technical Sales at Metaaltechniek Handelsonderneming BV.

Success Stories from our Customers
Through customer-specific tool adaptations, process times can be significantly reduced. One customer application demonstrated that processing time during deburring was reduced by up to 80%.
The latest generation of deburring discs maximizes abrasive contact through an optimized flap arrangement and slot structure. This increases material removal at the sheet metal edge and significantly improves machine performance.
Customers benefit from our extensive application knowledge and process experience. This expertise helps create efficient manufacturing processes and supports reliable production performance.
