BOECK DEBURRING PLATE
Deburring discs are used to remove primary and secondary burrs and to round off sheet metal edges. They can be equipped with various abrasives for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and foil-coated sheets. In our extensive range, you're sure to find the right tools to optimize the deburring of your sheet metal work.

Deburring and edge rounding
Deburring and edge rounding of metal parts is one of the first steps after cutting. In this step, primary and secondary burrs are removed and the edges are rounded. Highly flexible tools are used that can easily penetrate holes and cutouts in the sheet metal.
Deburring discs are specifically designed for this application, and the selection of abrasives is very diverse. We offer the right material for deburring, edge rounding, and surface grinding for every workpiece.
Boeck deburring plate
Standard, professional or HERO
Boeck deburring discs are available in three editions, ensuring you find the perfect tool for your needs. The STANDARD deburring discs feature a single row of abrasive material. The PROFESSIONAL deburring discs, on the other hand, boast a double row of abrasive material and offer a larger contact area, more active abrasive flaps, and a balanced pressure ratio achieved through the precise coordination of the outer and inner rings. Both STANDARD and PROFESSIONAL versions combine abrasive flaps made of fabric and non-woven material.
HERO deburring discs consist exclusively of laser-cut abrasive cloth flaps with a finger-like structure. The staggered arrangement of these special cloth flaps allows for a significantly higher fabric density while maintaining high flexibility. This ensures extremely smooth edge rounding and maximum feed rates.
