New company building
The company's continuous growth is also reflected in its location: Current premises are reaching their capacity limits, which is why boeck will be moving to a new production hall at the end of the year. Just one kilometer from the existing site, a modern 15,000-square-meter facility with expanded production and storage areas is being built. The site of a former military airfield has been completely revitalized for this purpose – another milestone in boeck's success story.
The constant drive for process optimization makes flexibility one of boeck's greatest strengths. A key factor in this is the high degree of digitalization in manufacturing. Automated processes enable rapid adjustments to products and their properties. Whether it's slot patterns or slat spacing – these parameters can be changed in no time at all on the specially developed and programmed machines. Every employee actively contributes ideas to the development process, which not only strengthens innovation but also fosters team spirit and collaboration.

A well-coordinated team
A prime example is the complete automation of the production machines, based on in-house software development. This software is continuously expanded to efficiently integrate the growing product range. This allows workflows to be optimized and even unnecessary steps to be eliminated. Thanks to the short production routes, orders can, in most cases, be shipped on the same business day.
The steadily increasing sales figures confirm the success of this strategy. The boeck team works like a well-oiled machine – with a clear goal in mind and no signs of stagnation.
